How Stackd evaluates VPN offers

  1. Total first charge: the amount actually billed for the introductory term, not the divided monthly equivalent.
  2. Renewal: the next known charge and billing period. If the provider page does not expose it reliably, Stackd says so.
  3. Conditions: refund eligibility, app-store exceptions, device limits, tax and auto-renewal can change the value.
  4. Trust: jurisdiction, ownership, protocols, transparency and external assessment scope are considered separately from price.
  5. Incentives: these providers currently have no Stackd affiliate relationship. Future commercial relationships will be labelled without changing the comparison fields.
